Unflavored protein powders really "unflavored"?

I'm curious if any of you guys have experience with unflavored protein powders? I have a hard time getting down the artificial sweeteners in most powders. I'm really just looking for something to mix in water and chug down. Any help would be great. Thanks

Yes - Unflavored means no flavor is added - it does not mean it has no flavor. Unflavored whey in water is not all that good, but it mixes nicely in anything with a flavor already without altering it.
That has been my experience anyway...

EDIT - you might contact Marc at All The Whey for a sample of their unflavored Whey Isolate...
