Trigger pulled.
Started on Friday 2/3/23, initial dose of 200mg. I don't feel all too 'different' yet, but after googling, it looks like it can be a bit.
He's got me on 140mg weekly to start and adjusting from there.
Doc said he doesn't recommend any other supplements at all and advises against.
I had hopes I could biohack, ice my testicles, etc my way out of low T and yeah, just wasn't going to happen. It was actually very anti-climactic, but I'm gathering that it takes time to feel the effects.

I have a few questions for anyone in the know:
What supplements can enhance results on TRT?
Asking because before I took the plunge, I ordered:
Bulbine - very keen to try this
Black Maca
TongKat
Pine Pollen

- Doc also doesn't lift from what I can tell, so I'm taking that statement with a pinch of salt.
- He did say I can take what I want, just let him know what it is around blood work time here in 4-6 weeks.

- Are any of the above worth it now that I'm on T?
- Also, what supplements in enhance T while on TRT? I'm currently using Hyperion from Apex, so I'll continue using that til it's time to cycle off of it. Feel free to mention anything.
- Anything I should avoid or be aware of?
- How to avoid false test results over overly high T? I'm guesstimating I can just stop taking any additional supps a week out from labs and not take T until after labs. I want to avoid being scaled back on actual T.
- Any other experience based observations I should be aware of?
