I have heard of people on reddit using like 4-5mg of Trest daily, I think this would mitigate a lot of the sides you're experiencing. I just bought some Trest as well, and plan on sprinkling that 4-5mg daily on top of Test, IGF-1 LR3, and a handful/large combo of other weaker/less notable peptides and bodybuilding RC's.
I would definitely come off if you feel like you're at a cardiovascular risk. But if you think you can handle 4-5mg a day with a testosterone base, it may be worth exploring to maximize the potential benefits while mitigating the sides that may come from the compound.
I'm rooting for you because I definitely could use some more data about Trest, and a handful of acquaintences with true anecdotal experience who could advise me on the topic.
I just posted a thread recently, I am not trying to self promote... well, screw it, I guess I am. You guys, everyone who has already commented, seem like the types who may be able to help me with my current situation/thread.
