So just learned that what I thought was shin splints is actually chronic compartment syndrome. Curious if this is a common result of people who juice regularly? I feel like there has to be a correlation because it has never been a problem in my life and that is really the only thing that has changed since this has become a problem for me.
Just wondering if any of you have dealt with this and what helped the most besides surgery or just stopping physical activity. I was going to give dry needling a go and see how that helps. Also was advised to not take creatine anymore.
