Trainer or training buddy??

I have a strange question anyone out there. I am working with a trainer at the moment, but when my contract is up should I continue with the trainer or get a training buddy?
 
depends on what you feel comfortable with. If you feel like you can put together a plan for yourself and a friend will stick with you and help you stay motivated, then go with a training buddy.
