Tracking A Pack

Not sure if this is in the right forum or not but here goes.
When you track a pack electronically and then you recieve the pack. Can't they use that against you in court? I would think they keep track of stuff like that.
If you deny a controled delivery and say you had no idea that a pack was even on the way and then they look at how many times you checked the postal service tracking number. That seems like a dead giveaway. :hammer:
 
it'd probably be a bad idea to check it from anywhere. just because an IP address isn't tied to your house doesn't mean it won't incriminate you. it would be very hard to deny the knowledge a package existed if somebody was checking its progress every 2 days at the public library...
