Topical Matrix - Avant Labs' old TD carrier

Just found out some place makes a product called Topical Matrix, and for fairly cheap too.
Supposedly the same thing as Avant Labs'. Has anyone tried it?

The ingredients are: Isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, ocytl salicylate, triglyceride complex, water, d-limonene.

Would it be just as effective as Iron Legion Salvo?

Used it before.Works OK.Not as good as the old transdermals, but does the job.Just make sure you dont add too much powder.The pump also doesnt put out 1ml as advertised so use some other type of measuring device.
