Tonsillitis on Cycle

Bah! Looks like I have tonsillitis, 4 weeks into a 5 week cycle of T-roid.

I am due to start my PCT of Clomid 100/100/50/50 in 7 days.

Now I did used to get tonsillitis quite a lot and it usually took antibiotics to get rid of it, will antibiotics be dangerous to take while taking T-Roid or Clomid?
