Time To Log Some MAJOR Workouts With....

Hi guys, long time lurker - first time poster here.

I bought two bottles of Major Gains during the preliminary release but have yet to start it since I am in the middle of a run with Ep1logue. I know most at most people are only in their second week of Major Gains but I am curious as to how people are responding to it thus far?

I am thinking about stacking Ep1logue with Major Gains but am not sure as of yet.

I believe they received their products yesterday so they should start their logs today or sometime very soon.
 
Best way to dose
3x2 caps a day? Or could we do 3 caps 2x?
Any preference?
Ok to take fasted upon waking?
Better with meals? Avoid post workout ? Anything we should note

Dose 2 caps 3 times per day as the ingredients are protein synthesis activators. Post workout is a great time for one dose, but try to take on an empty stomach if possible.

So would you say 20-30 minutes before a meal?

My current weekday schedule is
11:30am-12pm - First meal
3-4pm - second meal
5-5:30pm - small part of dinner (With the fam so I have to show the kids I’m eating lol)
6:30-7pm - Start workout
8-8:30pm - Finish dinner
10pm - Bed

When would you suggest is best for each dose?

The only time my stomach is empty is upon waking !!
 
Actually it’s still pretty good! In my younger days I would frequently wake up hungover and finish some cold poutine!

in my younger days when I woke up with a hangover the only thing wanted was 4 cokes or pepsi's....damned dry mouth, lol.

In my younger days when i woke up with a hangover id take a few vicodin drink a 5 hour energy chug a bunch of water and get back to work lol
 
I haven't received the MAJOR GAINS yet but figured I'd start this up so there is a place for all my fans to gather!
