Time in between application

Hello what it the optional time in between the application of two of your products.


Let say Ursa 8;00 am et 20;00 PM and Epi at 13h00 is good? And how long to wait to shower after application?

Does Ursa need to be applied pre-workout, any acute benefit?
 
You could take the Ursa and the Epichaos at the same time if you wanted, and its fine to apply after youre dried off from the shower. Several people like to take our products pre work out. A killer combo is Triton and Ursa about and hr before your gym sesh.

your call on how you split your dosing, but I like to apply ALL my ursa for the day in one dose...
 
I personally have an 8-10 hour gap between applications of most TDs, but that’s only because of convenience. I use several Apex products (Helios, Resveros, Ursa, and currently using Arimahex as well) at once so I space doses out as I’m already covered in TD deliciousness. Ideally, you’d want to wait several hours before showering, but I haven’t noticed anything that would suggest things haven’t mostly absorbed after a couple hours. That’s just going off feels though.
