do you guys take them immediately post workout? I have been doing this sicne I've started using them, and am just wondering if you think there is any ill effect from doing so..such as slowing down abosorbtion of protien drink etc.

I used to take them - 4 with each meal while cutting. I noticed that i did not get nearly as sore as i used to when taking that amount. i dont think you should take it post workout only but rather with every meal.
