What are some thermogenics i could buy on their own, because most fat burning pills make me feel jacked up, so i just want to buy the ingredient and use it on its own. Or if you know a good thermogenic pill that doesnt change your mental state, let me know. :} I just hate having racing thoughts and feelin jittery.
