Great read on True Shred. Definitely one of the top cutting products out there with tons of logs and reviews to back up it's success.
 
Using it now. Muscles feel nice and hard. Weight isnt flying off- just nice and steady- but i definitwly feel like im maximizing muscle kept, which is crucial. Waist measurement seems to be outpacing drop in weight. Wont complain about that.
