To further add.. what got me interested in it is I read an article saying that woman who work night shift are more likely to get breast cancer and it may be from a melatonin deficiency

This is something I’m a believer in. I’ve been taking 20-30mg a night and wanting to go up to 50
30mg and up is the danger zone, I'd stick with your 20-30. I don't go above 10 personally.

My girlfriend also worked at the hospital for the sleep specialist and they were very against high dose melatonin, especially for children.

But outside of sleep there's tons of other benifits of melatonin in the 5-20 range. It's a powerful antioxidant as well
