The best liver supp?

What is the best liver supp to be taken during/after an aas/ph oral? NAC? Milk thistle? If you had to choose just one, what would/do you take?

Presumably they make it injectable because the oral availablity of glutathione is next-to-nothing?

I use NAC and Thistle.

I'd say sesathin (for all the other benefits it provides) or NAC (if you can't afford sesathin).

Other than that, a diet overloaded with healthy veggies
