Tamoxifen Citrate Dose Help

I ran CTD Labs Decabolen in September and used their "all in one PCT" Testradex for the month of October. Well mid November I noticed puffyness starting and sensitive nips, left more so than my right. Not imagining things, sensitive/pain to touch. I ordered tamoxifen citrate and took 40mg a day for 2 weeks, it did help for sure, I upped it to 60mg this week and I can feel the pain/puffyness subsiding even more. I am thing of running:
60mg until sensitivity is totally gone
40mg for a week
30mg for a week
20mg for a week
my mg's are for tamoxifen citrate not nolva, so i know the 60mg is about 40mg of nolva.
Is there anything I need to run w/ T.C. now or later in my plan? Test booster or anything, if so how much and do i need to taper it? Thanks guys.
 
where ever u purchased ur nolva from has already done any and every conversion. when they write 20mg/ml on the label,....thats what is means. stop overthinking things here.

run 40mg until sensitivity subsides, the lump mostlikely will not go 100% away....u will need letro for that
 
I don't think I am overthinking it at all. It roughly takes 1.5mg of Tamoxifen Citrate to equal 1mg worth of Nolva.
