Well, today was my second dose. I popped my first serving last night when I got the bottle.

Serving size is 1 cap, twice a day.

I'm going completely dry from stims for as long as I can with this stuff to really judge the effect. :D

Well that doesn't always mean that you literally lost strength.

You could have been tired from fatigued from the last lifting session you had and then tried to go strong and it didn't happen.

But idk how you train and all that haha.

Maybe! I'm thinking about going to 5x5 for a long time to get stronger then start pumping out high reps.
 
I think I should go ahead and cap this off. Took a little time off from it obviously but I did notice some results.

I did see a increase in my adrenal function and that's exactly what I was testing.

I tested it without stims and while I was taking stims. Obviously it had a lesser effect when I took stims but it still helped even when I did take them.

Hands down, this stuff works and I would recommend it to someone who was having adrenal function.
