T3/Clen, Which is safer and which is more synergistic on cycle?

So im thinking about dipping my toes into t3/clen. Mainly t3, I'd like to know which of the two is safer, and which of the two is more favorable on an anabolics cycle for a RECOMP. Also dosing instructions/ramping how long to run it all of that information would be GREATLY appreciated.
 
I've heard t3 ran at low doses such as 50-75 mcg for 4 weeks is typically very safe and stacks extremely well with anabolics especially if you continue the anabolics past the t3 as it'll help prevent rebound weight gain.
