I am going to a waterpark tomorrow and am wondering if i apply this coppertone sport ultra waterproof sunblock will it keep the t-1 pro that I apply in the morning from washing off?

The stuff works great as a waterproof sunblock. It forms a thin skin over your skin that lasts all day. I was just wondering if anyone knows if the octyl in the stuff will coat the t-1 area and seal it to prevent it from washing off...

It's coppertone sport sunblock spray... spf 30

I don't really think there's anyway to know that, especially without knowing whats in the sunblock. Why don't you just apply it a couple hours before you go in the water, that way most of the PH has been absorbed already.

Just because you don't know, doesn't necessarily mean no one knows ;) That's what this board is all about. I asked this question to see if people that spend alot of time in the water could benefit from the octyl in the sunblock. I read that chemo's new formula has octyl in if for a waterproofing effect.

Here are the ingredients in the sunblock:

Homosalate
Octyl Methoxycinnamate
Octyl Salicylate
Oxybenzone
SD alcohol 40
Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer

Thanks, jx
