T-1 dosing for first cycle?

Since most recommendations for 1T/4AD say to have a higher dosage of 1T than 4AD. Should I buy a seperate 1T or just use it as is in the 1:1 ratio in the bottle?

Also if you take a steroid cream for eczema(not active currently) should I avoid transdermals totally?

You should notice fine results with t-1 as it is at 1:1. I would recommend starting with 1 squirt twice a day. You will gain well even with small doses first cycle. You probably won't see much in terms of gains until week 2.
