Syno and Fina Conversion Question

Im thinking about making a batch of t-prop and tren from syno and fina. However, im a little confused about what kit to buy. I've found Finaplix-H 10 Dose Cartridge and Synovex H Implants Cartridge. I'm confused about the conversion kits. They say 2g, 4g, 5g, 10g conversions; and i do not know which one to buy. could someone explain how many ml's @ what mg/ml I would get from each. Furthermore when it says 10 dose cartridge, what does it mean by a dose and a cartridge?

Fina: 2g kit will do one cartridge

Syno: 20g (2 10g) will do one box, which has 10 carts

Dosing depends on the kit, look at the description and it should tell you. Research more, plenty of info out there on fina and syno.
