Sustanon 750mg per week or per 10 days

I’ve heard about ten day cycles rather than a week. What are the pros and cons?

There’s a guy that was pretty successful in strength competitions who told me I use way too much. At the time it was 300mg/wk sun tues Thur. Love the dude, love his training and attitude but decided he’s perhaps misguided about PEDs.

Drug response is individual. I don't get much more from 500mg or higher Test than I do 300mg weekly.

Since Sustanon has so much Prop and Phenyl-Prop I wouldn't do 750mg at once. It works great injected every 3rd or 4th day.
