Hey just wanted to try and get a little discussion started here about everyones monthly supplement budget. Personally, being a poor bitch, mine is ~$50 per month for the essentials like protein powder and vitamins, flax etc. Every now and again I will spring for somethin else just to try it. What about everyone else? Anyone out there ballin' outta control and buying up the store? Or being poor like me? Please share
