I haven’t taken alpha pump .. but some of the stuff seems half dose as cel but does include 1g of mushrooms
I think if you double scoop it would be pretty good .. this stuff is pretty awesome at 1scoop and from the feedback I’ve gotten pple have even enjoy half to 3/4 to make the tub lasts
But if you workout 5x a week rub is good for a month

Take it from someone who sells this stuff: THESE ARE KILLER PRICES FOLKS!!!
That makes Super Swole less than $24 a tub. Considering the garbage preworkouts that you typically get for that much per tub..........time to stock up.
