Stronger than Creatine/Glutamine, not as harsh as Test...?

Hi All,

I've been lifting for over 15 years, have taken Test cycles in the past but would like to avoid that going forward. I'm finally starting to notice the effects of a receding hairline and accumulating a little extra body fat.

I need to find a supplement that's stronger than your standard off the shelf supps like creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, etc. However I also don't want to take something so harsh that it's going to have adverse effects on my body and accelerate my hair loss like Test would.

Any suggestions? I'm not looking for a miracle, just something to help me add five pounds of real muscle while shedding 2-3% of unwanted body fat for the summer.

Thanks,

-Tim

Those type of recomp goals aren’t easily done with just an OTC a supplement.

That being said, some OTC supplements that may help with body comp are forskolin, X-Gels, LJ100, KSM-66.

Lot of people also like Alphamax XT and Massacr3

Adjust your diet. Change it entirely, and the way you exercise.
You want anti-inflammatory supplements if anything, not x-gels... KSM66 has some good studies and it's quite healthy but I have seen some people have odd reactions to Ash. Have you ever taken it before? I love it as an addition to a daily regimen. At the moment, I am on a cut using Vector and Follidrone 2.0 with minimal other supplements, and it's going very well. I'm also on a ketogenic diet as of two weeks ago and it's fantastic.

One of the best recomp supplements with many logs on here would be Follidrone 2.0 from Black Lion Research.
Have a search and if you need any help, I'm just a DM away.
