Stop getting emails from subscribed threads?

How do I go about doing this? I have searched my user settings but I see nothing... I still want to get the notifications, just not through e-mail.

Settings, General Settings, scroll down to Subscription method. Choose, through control Panel.

I've tried that, and even tried do not subscribe. I was still receiving the e-mails lol.

Then go through your actual subscriptions and try to change them. Settings, then at the bottom of the list select View All Suscriptions, then you can individually or select all then at the bottom apply what you want.

I'm gunna have to do this cause I just logged on my email and had 752 new mails haha
