Get a good chiropractor. Or perhaps a not so good one who is just fairly greedy. They'll jack up the amount you can sue the guy for considerably. Bankrupt that ####er.

Shes a lawyer...I'm sure she knows all the tricks for screwing over a defendant... :)
 
Yeah I can hold my own in the court room, if it was a petty theft, but in this case I am leaving it up to my family who have been in practice for years and years and years. I am not going after anyone. I feel I am lucky to be alive and know that the insurance co. is going to make everthing right. We are, however, seeking a suit for my sister who has been hurt.. i am not greedy, i just want whats right

i wasn't insuating anything. sorry if it came out like that. the guys deserves a pretty harsh punishment for his stupidity.
 
oh trust me, i have a good ability to "use" the law in my favor..... i just have that stupid thing that eats at me at night if i know the person is really guilty... lol but.. my goal right now.. before i can actually practice on my own is to repeat the following.. i will not sleep with my client, i will not sleep with my client, i will not sleep with my client lol... JK
 
i just want him to do what is right, and he will, and also i personally think he should be at an inhouse rehab center...
 
There was an attorney for the Department of Heath that t-boned his car (red BMW) right through a F-150 and tore it in half. He ended up killing the guy and got fired from his job. I think he had 16 beers and 4 shots throughout the night so needless to say, that was quite a bit of alcohol.
 
that sucks.. i think we were saved because i had enough time to tell kel to "go limp" and when the car hit we were rigid.. i wish we had time or the ability to get the hell out of the way but there was a stone wall to the left of us and cars behind and right o us lol
 
I would have said jump out of the car and roll (like they do in stunt movies), but I suppose you would have been ran over anyways since you said there were cars all around you.
