I think I discussed this in a thread a while ago with a guy that said he always splits his dosages in two. Once in the morning, and then once at night before he goes to bed.
Personally, I've never tried splitting it, I always take the full dose in the morning. But has anybody else tried splitting the dosages with good/better results?
