Sodium/Salt Bloat

How long does bloat from sodium take to go away? I ate a ton of it the other day and now I look like ****. It's hard to keep telling myself "Oh it's just water retention."

LOL! I would imagine it can be depleated it a couple of days as long as you're drinking lots of water. I had the same problem a couple of months ago while eating chips and salsa at my favorite Mexican restaurant. Kept dipping the chips into a pile of salt and didn't realize what I was doing until I was done.

It can't last more than a day or 2. Try dandelion root or even OTC water pills. If it's MSG you ate, I hear that can bloat you for a few days or more.
