Yes sir, first dose. Could be placebo but I've stuck my todger in so many orifices that I know the difference between meh and wow!

works better on empty stomach for me, but on empty caused some gi distress...still works well will food just not as well as on empty.
effect is felt within hour of taking, hoping the effect builds over time...so far i'm impressed.
