when are you taking it? I know that it reccomends one serving right before bed and then a serving during your workout. Are you switching up to pre and post?
I dont see why it would detract from its effectivness if you had a whey shake after workout with it. only thing I would think that would make it better would be to take the sizeon in water and then drink the whey
I'm thinking of taking Sizeon post work out and wanted to use the 31 grams of carbs per serving for the insulin spike needed for post recovery + 27 grams (1 scoop) of whey.
Actually what I want to do is add 1/2 cup of oats to the Sizeon for a 55g carb and 27g protein post recovery drink. My concern is that the oats and whey will hinder the efficacy of Sizeon.
