Shouldn’t I have PIP?

I just picked up some TNE blast. It is 75mg/ml TNE and 50mg/ml dbol in one. I pinned 1 ml in my left delt about 30 minutes ago, didn’t feel any pain and still don’t.

I got it from a great place, it’s legitimate. Is this going to sneak up on me and kick me like a mule in the arm tomorrow or something? Haha thanks guys, stay healthy.
