Semaglutide with ECA

I'm currently running Semaglutide. I'm experiencing a bit of fatigue, a common side effect of this drug.

My TRT clinic recommended hoping on the ECA stack alongside Semaglutide. I'm not aware of any serious and/or deleterious interactions.

I'm just curious about everyone's thoughts on this combination...

i doubt it will really help much with lethargy but... it will help with fat burning.

I'm actually running it now.

5 days so far and it's completely killed the lethargy that semaglutide was causing.

This is my third week of semaglutide @ 0.25, and I'm down 11lb. I lost the most weight this week, while running out with ECA.

Some notes, I had a previous injury and am recovering and really let myself go during the pandemic, so I have quite a bit of fat to lose.

I'm also running a bunch of other stuff, all pharmaceutical grade, so I'm not sure what's helping what, or causing what, to be completely honest!

My clinic Prescribed Meds:

-160mg of test every week (No AI, HCG)

-0.25mg of semaglutide once a week.

-500mcg of BPC-157 ED @ bedtime.

-ECA.

-3.6 grams of carnitine, injected multiple times throughout the day.

I'm also considering adding in some CJC-1295/Ipamorelin. This will also be pharma grade. I prefer running stuff that I know is legit. I know it's pricier, but sometimes paying a premium is worth it.
