Is there a definitive list of all 'enhancements' out there -or a decent place to get updates on whats new/discontinued/banned/blackMarket/GOOD?

In the old days it was simple, then came the PH then the bans now the dregs left, DHEA and sarms

there are SO many new products out with silly names, some now banned, many not banned in the uk (so should 'one' pick up some old skool ph), its impossible to find out what the hells in each and google them individually only to come back round that its guff and move on. Laxogenin for example, touted as Var alternative etc. but no hard facts and having tried it i wont bother again... then there's epicithin, x-gels and so on - just seems like there's NOTHING around decent anymore - Is that just the case, its all bunk? some PCT products wouldnt even help PCT yet theyre sold as 'complete PCT!' Makes you wanna go "screw this, wheres the dark side stuff"

You go on 'other' forums and its all Test test test and nothing else, there must be definitive basics guide somewhere to these products, and their core components.

Most shops will sell you anything, remember tribulus GAINS? Pfft.
 
Most compounds were banned. Only a handfull survived the ban, including Msten, DMZ, Alpha 1, Trest, Dimethadrol, Hexadrone, Cyanostane, 4 Andro, 1 Andro, 19nor Andro, and Epi Andro.

There are some other newer non-methylated compounds that came out recently however they aren't known to be effective.
 
Are you looking for hormonal?

In EU it's not worth running SARMs IMO, just grab a PH from somewhere local there if that was the case:

Non-hormonal for results:
Ergonine + Anabeta Elite

Hormonal:
Grab some Tvar from a well reviewed brand there.

If you cycle, grab your SERM and supports.
 
Strong supplement shop UK is where you want to shop. Still have plenty of good PH's available locally.
If you're just testing the water, try an epi or halo run...but generally speaking, any OTC PTC product you get, run a serm with it too.
