Safe to start cut after PCT?

When is it safe to start cutting after a bulking cycle on an oral steroid such as pplex or havoc. Is it okay to cut after you finish PCT?

I would give your body a couple months to get use to the new mass after you get done bulking.

I went into a cut soon after a 4 week hdrol cycle and lost all my gains. You are best giving it a while after pct to solidify the gains.
