I oredered from them on the 29th as well and havent recieved anything yet. Im not stressing it, but an email or a something explaining any holdups would definitly help there rep. Give em a couple more days. The holidays and **** are horrible times for mail order business. You can check the status online but if its like mine it says " In process, 3 day UPS select" I guess its 3 days from the day its shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY
We work hard to ship within 24 hours of every order placed. Normal shipping time frames range between 24-48 hours. We make all products on site including custom labels and packaging. Tracking numbers can be provided per request and we are currently working on a system that will help us to better inform you when your package has been shipped.
NOTE-ALL ORDERS PLACED BY 3:00 ON FRIDAY WILL USUALLY SHIP ON SATURDAY. AFTER 3:00 ON FRIDAY, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SHIP UNTIL MONDAY MORNING.

If your order is shipped 3 days after an order has been placed, we will discount the next order placed by 20%.
If orders are shipped 4-5 days after an order has been placed, we will express ship free of charge plus give a 20% discount.
For Backordered items, we will send out a notification email and offer a free product of your choice for the delay and express ship when the item arrives.
Email them and get a tracking number or request a complete status, then figure out if your going to get a discount or something free.
A buddy of mine got 2 bottles of Nolva a couple of weeks ago because his order was a week late. Then never notified him but put a letter in the box apoligizing for the inconvinence and stateing that the 2nd bottle was a gift and he will recieve 20% on his next order.
It'll come, be patient. Maybe theyll hook you up too.
