Relative toxicity of methyls

Ok, so I know there is not enough information to give a true answer to this, but what dosages of any given methyl are safe? And what amounts of each could you stack "safely". So far I have a rough estimate of:(from most hepatoxic-least)

Methyl Dien (~4 week cycles)
normal dosage 3-5mg a day
max dosage 10-15mg a day
15-20mg a day for the very experienced/insane

M1T (2-4week cycles)
normal dosage 5-15mg a day
max dosage 15-20day
20-30mg a day for the very experienced/insane

MOHN(relatively unsurpressive, so can be ran for 8 weeks)
normal dosage 16-24mg a day
max dosage 40-60mg a day
60-80mg a day for the very experienced/insane

MDHT (4-6week cycles)
normal dosage 37.5-50mg a day
max dosage 50-100mg a day
100mg+ a day for the very experienced/insane

M5AA (4-6week cycles)
normal dosage 20-40mg a day
max dosage 50-100mg a day
100-200mg+ a day for the very experienced/insane

M14ADD (~6week cycles)
normal dosage 90-120mg a day
max dosage 180-210mg a day
240-300mgmg a day for the very experienced/insane

I missed out M4AD, for thwe simple reason that it is crap.

As for stacks,

Methyl Dien & MOHN (for a cut)
5mg MD & 20mg MOHN normal dose
10mg MD & 30-40mg MOHN max dose

Help out here...

Any comments(aswell as possible changes) would be welcome.

My guess as to the decreasing order of toxicity, at your maximal sane doses would be:
M1T > M14ADD > Mdien > MDHT > M4OHN > M5AA

Your doses look good, well-researched.

I did 25mg MD + 50mg M4OHN for a few weeks, and had good positive effects without noticing any ill-effects, but I don't have any bloodwork to go with that, so it is pretty useless other than evidence that you won't die from it.

... FWIW, M4OHT, which feels a lot like M4OHN, has 40mg as the high doctor-recommended dosage. Generally doctor-recommended means safe to a degree that most steroid users would fall out of their chairs laughing. E.g. "Testosterone replacement therapy which gives up to 10mg of testosterone a day."
 
M14 more toxic than MD?

How come people use 90mg M14 as a starting dose? And only 5-10mg MD?

Is it to do with the price?

That probably the reason why - dosage. And toxicity in this case only refers to liver stress.

Strategos, whats your opinion on how suppressive mdien is compared to other methyls. I haven't tried it mainly because I think it'll knock off more scalp hair as well.

I've always understood that anything with a methyl group is very stressful on the liver, and that cycles should be kept short due to this.

"unsurpressiveness" shouldn't be a guide to how long you cycle, in my opinion, since the danger of long cyles is in the liver, not in relative testicular atrophy...

But then again I am a noob, so don't accept my opinion without critical thought of your own...
 
I have heard that M4OHN is safe as well, but you really never know. I have an eight week MOHN cycle planned starting in April, but you can bet your ass I am going to get bloodwork done to play it safe.

I don't have any numbers, so I wouldn't want to say. Plus I don't have any reports of anyone having run it by itself. I suspect that it is nowhere nearly as suppressive as M1T, but what does that say? When it comes down to it, it doesn't matter how suppressive anything is, you still have to run PCT all the same. -- I have heard of hair issues from MD, but I take such reports with much salt, because hair loss only starts after about three weeks. Some people may have taken 5mg of MD at night, then they notice four hairs during their morning shower, and go hysterical like a woman. ...
