has the new capsule version replaced the old powder version? I hope the new version has the same effect on energy levels, focus and intensity b/c i was a faithful user of the powder. Chuck can u give me a comparison of the two, and recommend which one to use if iam just looking for that crazy energy before my powerlifting routines?

glad u liked the powder, the caps work well and the powerlifters I sponsor like 3 r4w caps pre-workout the same way they liked 1 scoop of powder.........BUT if you still want the powder just search ready4war 6.0 in google, some retailers may still have it. i think they got some at prosource. com.
