I know with most phs it's best to take with a fatty meal, but if I understand some of these new delivery systems, it doesn't matter as much. Is that the case with your androsterone product? I'm about to buy a couple bottles but not sure if for my pre workout dose it'll matter if it's an empty stomach. I typically workout about 5 hours after lunch.
