Why do people start their cortisol blockers 2 weeks after cycle instead of right away

This varies, some start as soon as PCT

Others wait for cortisol to start peaking from the adjustment (and when compound is eliminated)

So wouldnt it be better to just wait one week? I would think most PH's are out of your system after 7-8 days...

Either waiting or taking it right when PCT starts...what harm would it do?
