If my main goal is fat loss paired with muscle retention, is it better (for the fat loss) to have my final calorie intake of the day around dinner time and not have a prebed meal?
I find eating 1.5 hours before bed both while cutting or bulking is optimal for results. Don't be worried about fat loss impairment by eating after dinner.
