I've been taking MRI CE2 Platinum for about 2 months now. I have noticed the water weight when i get on the scale but I haven't noticed any water bulk in the face or in my arms like I did in college using cell tech. Although I have been doing cardio a few times a week along with my weight resistance, so its possible I've expelled the excess water.
My question:
Does anybody know some hard facts about this different creatine such as whether it works better or worse than Monohydrate? And should I be taking the pills with some sort of sugary juice or liquid for it to absorb more efficiently?
