PWO and gas

Switched PWOs about four days ago. My stomach has been rumbling about 75% of the day (awake). Have any of you ever experienced this side effect? Diet has not changed.
 
What PWO? I've had my fair of GI issues with certain PWO's but nothing that lasted all day...are you typically sensitive to some ingredients?

Like the poster above asked, what pre workout is it? This will help us look at the ingredient list and possibly solve the issue for you. Have you tried getting a sample of a different pre workout and seeing if anything improves/changes? That's what I would do first.

I enjoyed WYKED, which at first gave me really good poops.

Never tried WYCKED, I have a sample of it I could use to see if it gives me an issue though. C4 is what I used when I first started. Worked great for a few months then after that it was nothing but the runs every time I took it. Almost immediately after, and often multiple times during a workout. N.O. -Xplode did the same thing. I'd have to look at the ingredient profile again to see if there's any similarities, but you aren't the only one who's suffered with C4 lol

I've never had stomach discomfort for that long after using C4, but I've definitely noticed problems with my stomach in the past from it. I have no evidence to support it, but I feel like the excessive amounts of dye in C4 is what caused the problem for me. From the label I and ingredients I don't see why it would be any different than other products, so the only variable I can relate it to is the coloring and dye.

How long are you eating before taking your pre? I've also noticed that if I have nothing in my stomach, a preworkout can give me an upset stomach

This. I've used C4 multiple times and haven't had this issue. Pre's effect people in many different ways though so my guess is theres a certain ingredient in there that doesn't sit well with you.
 
C4 has Yohimbine doesn't it? At least the new C4 does IIRC. Not sure if Wyked does but Yohimbine does not sit well with a lot of folks

Thanks. I quit using it yesterday and my gas has subsided somewhat. Went back to some leftover WYKED. Still got a little rumbling down there but I suppose it'll take a few days to get over it.
