When can I dose agmatine during my PH cycle and how many grams a day?

Agmatine helps with BP dose it as needed. .5-1.5 g's.

I do 1 gram in the morning, 1 gram pre workout , and 1 gram before bed. It's pretty cheap. If anybody thinks I'm taking too much let me know. I've just heard it's great for a lot of things.

I dont think timing it with a ph matters vs. Consistant dosing. Whats augs half life would be a better question? Idk

I took 1g after dosing AM PH's 1g @ Pwo & 1g with PM PH's

how many hours after my prohormone can I take agmatine?

I dont see any issue taking them at the same time. You could also take the agmatine about 1/2 hour before you take the PH's

Just dose them caps same time as your ph. Think that would be the easiest way. Thats what i use to do.
