The formula for the ergogenic product is completed. Some of the ingredients from above are in there, but not all. Reason being that a product like that could potentially contain so many things but have to stop somewhere cost wise.

I had thought about doing a separate product more specific to endurance (running, cycling, MMA, etc.) if there is enough interest.

My vote based off personal experience has been PEAK02 and Creatinol O Phosphate.

I have a medical issue that makes it harder for me to achieve higher endurance than most people and those are the two best things I've used personally that I've seen a difference with.

I see Olympus Lifestyle No Mercy contains PEAK O2. I had never heard of this before.

This looks interesting however no Beta Alanine 😔

PEAK02 needs to be taken daily for best results. 1 Gram wouldn't be enough to do anything; it would need to be taken at 2 grams daily to be effective.
