Pre Workout Mix

So I decided today that I was going to put together my own pre workout mix after trying a good amount of products, and not wanting to pay the high costs any longer. Here's what I got:
Taurine 100g
CEE 100g
AAKG 100g
Caffeine 100 200mg tabs

I figure I'll use 2g each of the Taurine, CEE , and AAKG, and then take 1 or 2 Caffeine pills, depending on my tolerance. Now the question is this, should I make each drink seperately, 2g each, every time, or 50g of each, and get about a months supply in. I am baffled on how to measure out the correct amount if I do mix it all together, in order to get the correct amount of the CEE, AAKG, and Taurine.
Im hoping for any ideas, or suggestions, and look forward to your replies!
 
Ive done something really similar to this before. I went this route:

citrulline malate
CEE
AAKG
taurine

I basically took like a 1/4 tsp of each or around 1.5-2g of each. I didnt complicate it, i just scooped and washed down with water. I tend to think we get OCD with this type of stuff.....just take some and get after it.

i would add 2 grams beta alanine with ur preworkout concoction, and if u are doing a postworkout drink i would also add 2 grams ba to that as well
 
Yeah I think Ill add some of that to the mix. I figure if I toss in equal parts of each, and shake it up in an empty tub, each scoop would be equal (approx. 6-8g. total), I could be wrong, but thats just my guess.
 
Mix them seperately each time. The weights are quite different so your taurine will end up settling on the bottom and your CEE on the top. Even if you shook your container each time, there's no way to know you are getting the amounts you want of each.

Take a teaspoon of CEE
and 1/2 teaspoon of AAKG and Taurine

I recommend some BCAAs in there too while you're at it. 5g is good.
 
i'd avoid mixing creatine and caffeine. There are some studies that suggest caffeine reduces the potency of creatine
 
for bcaa's i recommend Xtend, post workout i mix it with WMS and beta alanine and it taste awesome....i got lemon

I've been convinced that those studies were misleading and there is no problem mixing the two. I don't have a problem with creatine mono and caffeine. I don't use CEE, so I can't speak directly to that.
