Starting today I will be running a research log on a primate. The substance being tested is DMZ or Dymethazine from Premier Research Essentials (PRE). I must stress this product is not approved for human consumption so please refrain from asking any questions about how this substance will affect you as I do not know, I can only speak to how it affects my test subject.

For the last 5 days he has been preloading 15mg per day of DMZ to asses tolerance. Starting today he was administered 30mg. I will keep him at this dose for the next 2 weeks then reassess the dosing and possibly bump to 45mg.

The subject will also be administered the following.
250mg Test C per week
150mg Test P per week
10mg Cardarine (for Lipid Support) 5 days a week
CEL Cycle Assist
Tudca 250mg daily
Possibly MK 677 for appetite stimulation if the subjects food consumption drops.
Additional ancillaries are on hand if side effects show.

The subject is 217lbs at the beginning of dosing 5 days ago. He weighed in today at 224lbs. He will be put through a physical training 5 days a week with cardio 2-3 days. Training will be supersets and giant sets so as to keep his heart rate elevated. As to diet he will be fed a 300 calorie surplus of clean foods consisting of white rice, chicken, and red meat. If the subjects weight gain stalls out he will be give 300 more calories per day.

Research notes for today. Subject was given arm stimulus today. Subjects arms were extremely full and pumped while remaining vascular in the forearms and across the upper body. Subject is seemingly very tired after training stimulus. I assume this has to do with the rapid growth he has experienced. However I will keep tabs on his energy levels.

Day 4 of 30mg dosing split into 2 doses. Test subject is visibly more vascular when exercising. The blood volume pumped into the muscles has been significant. Today the subject did a chest workout and he seemed to be moving his normal weights easier. Appetite has been pretty good but today is very high. Subject is devouring any and all food around. Weight seems to be holding around 223-225lbs. If weight doesn’t increase by the weekend we will start the week with pushing more food.

One thing to note. The subject has gained some water weight around the midsection as the abdominals are less defined. This presumably is due to doubling the carb intake.

Today was a rest day for the subject. 7 workouts in 6 days he was pretty beat down. He did look leaner in the midsection this morning so his body is adjusting to the increase cals.

Subject was moving various items around his living area today and it seemed as if he was experiencing minor back pumps. His calves are also extremely sore from running yesterday.

We started him on a low dose cialis for BP support, this was more of a preventative measure than a reactive one as he tends to get high BP at times.

It’s apparent this DMZ is real, the test subject is definitely looking bigger and I see him every day. One person in the lab is out for about a week, I can’t wait to see his response when he comes back next week.

He did a cardio workout Friday with a heart rate monitor on and while pushing extremely hard his heart rate never went into the 90th percentile which would indicate very good cardiovascular condition. We were expecting his cardio performance to decrease but it seems to be going great.

With that definitely comes some sides. Nothing bad just got some heart burn for sure. Started 2 days ago but we just wanted to make sure it wasn’t something he ate. Nothing a few Tums won’t fix though. His recovery is picking up to. One rest day did him wonders and he’s ready to go again. We never work him out onSunday’s but tomorrow may just be an exception.

He’s being a little more aggressive too. Nothing crazy just seems that little things get under his fur.

Back pumps and minor calf pumps.

Appetite is still good, energy is still good. On with the research!

Nah research is just getting good, you’re just in time!

Hit the calories pretty hard over the weekend not many clean ones. The test subject got into my fridge in the break room and tore up some pizza, ice cream, and burgers. Unsurprisingly his weight is up to 228 this morning. It will be interesting to see how the DMZ partitions those calories.

Good arm workout today, I will be taking measurements as he is definitely looking bigger. Going to test out some top end strength in the form of squats. Current max is 405x1 hoping he hits 405x3 or maybe even 5

Measurements were taken and were the same in the arms but there is substantial growth in the upper body. The subjects midsection appears to be leaning up as well.

Due to construction at my house I have not been able to meal prep properly for the subject so yesterday’s diet was subpar to say the least and he actually weighed in 5lbs lighter. It seems the DMZ is devouring anything and everything he puts into his system.

Training today he was able to get a PR of 405x2 for squat.

Appetite is still high, libido is through the roof, energy levels are good.

Not sure what day it is, middle of week 2? As of now the plan is to finish the bottle. May bump to 45 next week but the results at 30mg are awesome and the side effects are minimal so I’m hesitant to mess with anything.

Only two sides to note are heartburn and increased aggression. Neither are bad the aggression is just something to be aware offend it’s easy to manage. Heartburn could be exacerbated from poor diet the last week but the remodel is to a point where our kitchen is back up and running so the subjects meal prep is back on point.

Subject was repping out 70lb DB bench presses for 20 reps, 3 sets while superset with flys. This was yesterday. Today he did back and was pulling 405 for doubles 4 sets. This was after failing to max out 495. He could have pulled it but form is very important in our research lab. Normally he gets 3 reps before feeling spent so this is a significant improvement. Weight is still 224 going to really force the food the next few days to try and get some movement in that department. Subject seems to be changing on a daily basis. The DMZ BLOWS all other research chems we’ve tested out of the water in terms of results to side effects. (Lgd, Rad140, Osta, s4, s23) s23 results were similar but side effects were bad with it.

Ok today is day 10 actually! So it’s apparently just getting good. Really excited to see what this next week holds. We have been noticing some BP spikes, so we added cialis in a low dose and it’s got it back down in a good range. Also started giving him Omprezole for the heart burn. No other sides to report.

The biggest difference I can see in te test subject is his weight is up 8lbs but been steady this week. And vascularity is insane. In his short test subject life he’s never had this level of vascularity. Veins popping from his shoulder to his finger. It’s hard to explain the appearance changes as he looks leaner, and bigger but his measurements are very close to the same? Could just be the fullness taking effect?

The subject is having issues getting enough food in. His appetite is fine but to eat clean and get 3500 calories he is having a hard time more in the time department even with meal prepping. So our plan is to dirty up the diet just a little. For instance we are going to add some pancakes/oatmeal in the morning with the eggs, start adding heavy cream to his shakes, etc. So we aren’t doing a diet of pizza and coke but we have got to get some more calorie dense foods in his diet if he is to continue growing.

One last note that may be bordering on too much info but hey in the name of research keep it open and honest right? His bowel movements have been significantly more firm and tapered as opposed to the cow pies he normally drops. Around the lab we have a saying “a tapered turd is a healthy turd” the only variable that’s changed has been the DMZ so it seems to affect digestion. if your subject typically has a firm bowel movement he may need some help to keep things moving lol

Subject has been feeling off since last night. Nausea, achy, hot flashes. Not sure if it’s DMZ related or possibly something else? Just something to keep an eye on.

Bumping the calories was a good idea. Weighed in at just under 230 today and did a chest workout. 5x5 dumbbell bench press building up to a pr set of 5x120. Superset with weighted dips 2 45lb plates 5x5 the others in the lab were noticing the increase in strength. Also several techs made comments on the subject looking “full and pumped” before he even lifted lol

Right now I see no reason to increase the dose. Changes are happening rapid, weight and strength, so I think an increase in dosage would just increase his side effects.

Ok end of week 3, we’ve got about 10 more days of research to go. I’m blown away by the daily changes to the subjects physique. Every day he wakes up leaner and more full. Weight is up to 228 consistent now. Should be close to 235 by the end of the cycle if we can keep his appetite up. We added the MK 677 in and it’s helped but it has also made him more sensitive to the pollen as the greenery is blooming in our area. Because of this he’s dealing with a sore throat, some nausea from the drainage etc.

One of the lab techs returned yesterday and made a comment about his increased size. Mood is still great, the aggression has balanced out as his body is adapting and he seems to have a euphoric type of mood. Blood pressure has been elevated so we got him on cialis regularly and increased his water intake as he was slightly dehydrated. The omprezole has taken care of the heartburn so it’s a none issue now. He is more lethargic than normal but that is to be expected with as much as he’s grown in three weeks. It’s not severe but he is just less motivated overall.

Any type of Carbs seem to really give him bloating if he eats more than 50g in a sitting. However it seems once the bloating goes down the carbs are being pumped into the muscle bellies. We are really trying to force carbs down but anything more than 200g a day is really a struggle.

Thebtest subject is Feeling pretty rundown the last 2-3 days. Workouts have been significantly less volume than he’s accustomed to yet he’s still gaining weight. Appetite is off, he wants to eat but everything seems to either make him bloat or give him heartburn. heartburn flared up last night really bad he didn’t eat dinner hardly. Going to add in some foods to help balance out the gut in hopes to smooth some of this irritation out.

We were considering bumping the dose for the last 7 days but I think we’ve decided to stay at 30mg.

On a side note a lab tech was asking me about the research he had been doing. He was 2 weeks into a Sustanon run and going off the advice of another he was running 1/2 a bottle (5ml) 2 times a week. Concentration is 250mg/ml. It’s his first research experiment! So he was researching 2.5g of Test a week. Lol I advised him to drop that to 1ml(250mg) twice a week. I’ve never read much on sust before so I’m not sure of the half-life due to various ester blends. Is twice a week sufficient?

Is twice a week sufficient?
if you are just looking for sufficient, 1x E14D will do the trick. the esters are built to raise test and hold it there... For different results, doseing 1 ml per week would be pretty good for a beginner 1ml 2x a week is more than enough for a noob.

Starting yesterday we increased the dose to 45mg. Will stay at this dose until Friday.

Determined some of the sides were not from the DMZ. The nausea and lack of appetite was from some Melanotan 2 we are researching. Lowered to maintenance dose and appetite is back. Cycle assist was causing a lot of the heart burn.

Weight was down due to lack of appetite. Down to 223. But good Lord strength is exploding. Hit 120lb DB bench press for 8 reps today. Before
research 1 rep was the best.

Lethargy is definitely setting in at this point. He took a 3.5 hr nap on Sunday afternoon lol

Stay tuned for a few more updates and a final review this week.

Pretty freaking stoked, just got a PR of 455lbs for squat and 525lbs on hex deadlift.

Going to try for a PR of 335lbs on bench tomorrow if the shoulders are feeling good.

Final Review

On a scale of 1-10 I will be rating the DMZ as compared to the other research chemicals we have tested. 1 being a complete disappointment and and 10 bring the best possible outcome expected.

Muscle gain- 7- we were expecting a larger amount of muscle gain but this was due to 2 things. First, the Nausea from Melanotan 2 was killing the subject appetite and 2 was we only tested it for 4 weeks, 3 of which were at 30mg. Once we bumped it to 45mg the effects really became more pronounced. So our next research cycle will be 30/30/45/60/45/30/30

Body Comp- 8 the weight the subject did gain was all in the upper body. The waist shrunk and the abs are more prominent.

Vascularity- 11- this was off the charts. We’ve never seen this level of vascularity in this subject. Especially with BP in check. Amazing

Sides- 5- sides were few and manageable. In order of most irritating to least. Back Pumps, heart burn, constipation, night sweating, anxiety, aggression. The last 2 were very mild but they were noted. Back pumps were manageable but not fun at times.

Strength- 8. Subject added 50lbs to his squat, 15lbs to deadlift, and 8 reps to previous 1RM on DB bench.

Overall it has been a very pleasing research experience. If I personally were going to run it after it was approved for people I would eat, eat, eat. I would go for an all out bulk as I think it’s nutrient partitioning effects are off the charts. No matter how dirty my diet got I seemed to stay the same body comp.

Thank you to PRE for sending us this to research. If anyone would like info or before and after pics of the test subject just DM us and we will do our best!

We had enough left over to kick start a second research cycle. We kept the dose at 15mg a week for 4 weeks as it’s a 20 week research cycle so this was just a little boost. One thing that did seem to come up in both tests was nosebleeds around week 3. BP was in check, so a blood draw was done and that seemed to help.

Once again the compound gave great pumps, increased strength and a significant improvement in vascularity. It seems to have a leaning effect as well but it doesn’t become evident until 2-3 weeks after the compound is dropped.
