Post Workout Supplementation

So i know the standard "rule" is a protien and carb shake post workout, but is there anything else you guys add? Creatine, Arginine, Taurine, CM...anything like that?

Currently Im taking Exceed by DS pre and post workout, and really like it before i lift, Im just not sure if its the best option for post workout along with protien and carbs. Is there a "all in one" out there, something that has protien and carbs in addition to other stuff?

Thanks guys, sorry if this has been beaten ti death already

Protein and complex carbs is all you need. I do like to take my anti oxidants like ALA ans NAC after workout along with some BCAA's & creatine but thats just me and they are not a must. Protein and complex carbs are.

Exactly what I do. :woohoo:

thanks for the responses guys.
Is there anything out there that has all those things in it? Or should i get it all seperatly?
Also, is CEE needed post workout, even when taken pre workout?

Thanks again guys

~50g protein, ~60g carbs, 1g VitC, 400IU VitE, 300mg Green Tea Extract is my staple.

I'll use a creatine every now and again. Right now I'm using SNS CVM (have a log if you're interested) but I use that pre workout and again a few hours later as the label suggests....should I be using mono, I'd take it post workout.

BCAAs in my opinion would be better taken pre or during workout

It is more economical to buy seperately.
I never buy anything in a pre-made stack anymore. It allows for adjusting ratios to my desire and or goals. And as stated, it is cheaper.

There is an all in one 50/50 protein-carbohydrate formula. It is called Proglycosyn and is made by SNAC. I have yet to try it.
