Post Anavar - Nolva & Clen

What do you recommend for dosing Liqui-Clen and Liqui-Nolva post Anavar cycle (8wks)?

I would use nolva for 3 weeks starting at 30mg for week 1, 20mg for week 2, and 10mg for week 3 (dosages are daily of course).
I would start the clen the first week and go 18 days on 18 days off 18 days on.
Keep calories high and decrease training volume.
