ph use on a cut

I usually cut at around a 300-500 deficit, any more and i tend to lose muscle. Is it safe to assume that on a PH cycle i can do a 700-900 deficit without any muscle loss? This is my last cut before a ripped look ( id say HOPEFULLY 8ish%) which means muscle loss is going to be more of a problem.

Ps: compound im going to be taking is epistane.

calories in, calories out. i suggest you just keep good track of your consumption. you dont need a 700-900 defecit to lose weight. just more cals burned than consumed. id use the ph to hold onto muscle yes, but 700-900, id say N-O-.

That depends on 1) How much cardio you do 2) The intensity of your cardio routine 3) Your diet 4) The length of this diet (If severely strict)

If you've been at that BF level before then you should have a good idea when it comes to getting yourself ripped. If you haven't been at that level before then I'd say err on the side of caution if keeping your muscle is more important.
